Nice place! Though I found many abandoned towels and other stuff in every shower. The furniture is old and the fans covered with dust. The breakfast is simple but included in such a low price for staying. Recommended!

🇱🇦Affordable Accommodation in Luang Prabang Laos
Luang Prabang Hostel got 3.8/5 in Trip.Com reviews, for me highly reccommended to backpackers and to all solo traveler who want to explore LPB specially in the center.
Location is really good just infront of this is the morning market. Few walks to the Mekong River and Night Market. It is also near to Phousi Mountain, famous temples and Royal Palace. Price is really cheap.
For the local staff 2 young girls-for me it is fine that they cannot handle the booking of van going to train station from hostel ,but maybe next time it is more convenient if they can negotiate to other van services same un other hostel/hotel in LPB not informing the guest "our boss is not here and we don't know". Lucky got the service in front of Night Market.
Room is clean. My room is dormitory and have 4 beds. Maybe I'm just lucky because I am alonr e in the room. Every bed there isbsafety box , plugs, personal light. Beds are comfortable and there is blanket and towel. They have shared toilet , separate urinals and showers-very clean.
Typical good for breakfast. You need to ask the reception for breakfast - have 3 choices : omelette egg and slice of bread, sunnyside up egg and slice of bread and instant noodles with sunnyside up egg but there is good thing , unlimited brewed coffee and tea.
There is long dining table and living room so guests stay here, can meet other people.
For me Overall experience is 4.5/5 ...

The hostel is okay (but the room is not cozy), it is close to the morning market. However I had a breakfast included and didn’t get it. The receptionist didn’t pick up the phone when I texted and called. I wanted to rent a bike but also couldn’t because of it. In the morning when me and my friend were waiting for the breakfast, we lost more than 1 hour and then went to the market to buy breakfast despite the fact that it was included in our booking.

Hostel located in good location which is in the morning market of Luang Prabang.
The hostel is clean, breakfast freshly cooked, the is pool table, the reception is very nice. I been traveling for months and the reception in this hostel is one of the best reception during my trip.
They also provide a towel.
Bed is good, room need more fresh air at night,

This stay was disappointing. We booked an 8-person room, but the hostel arranged a 12-person room. Well, I stayed in the lower bunk and it itched all night from my head and neck to my feet. I used up almost half a bottle of green plaster, but it didn't work. I got up in the middle of the night to check, and saw a small bug moving on the pillow. I killed it and saw a circle of blood (see picture ①). I couldn't sleep, so I took a shower and felt a little more comfortable. I just watched my phone in the living room until dawn. See the picture.
The next morning, I had to leave before 6:30 to catch the slow boat, and I didn't have time to eat breakfast (the rule was 7:30-9:30). The night before, I asked the hostel guy if he could give me some bread (breakfast included in the room rate) to bring the next day. Sorry, I'll leave at the specified time.
